I've always been fascinated by the face and figure. The human form is a beautiful work of art. When I sit down to sketch something at random I often end up with a drawing of a face. Doing portraits is a little harder. The more than seven billion people on earth mostly share the same two eyes, nose and mouth; so little differences can make each face unique. Add to that the endless variety of expressions and hairdos and makeup that change the look of a face and you begin to see how tricky it can be to make a likeness of a person.

If you would like me to make a portrait for you. Please send me an image you would like me to base your portrait on along with a brief description of the style and setting you would like. For now I am experimenting with a simple pricing structure, based on how much time you would like me to spend on the painting. A fifteen minute sketch will be cheaper than a week long masterpiece (I've never spent a week on a painting so I am also curious about how this would turn out).
